Selection of quality cheeses and assorted exotic fruits served with black olive and garlic crostini.

Whole Poached Salmon
Beautifully decorated with cucumbers, red onions, lemons and capers accompanied by fresh rye breads and lime aioli.

Whole Warm Brie
Wrapped in phyllo and baked golden brown, served with raspberry jelly and pomegranate,, pita triangles and sundried tomato crostini.

Margarita Shrimp
served with lime aioli and beautifully decorated with fresh herbs.

Crudite Platter
fresh assortment of crisp vegetables, baby vegetables and seasoned grilled vegetables accompanied by our fresh vegetable dip

Marinated Beef Sirloin
Skewered beef, lightly cooked and seasoned. Beautifully decorated on Boston lettuce with fresh herbs served with gorgonzola sauce for dipping.
